We are Erika Ferro e Maria Amatruda and we read “Andromeda”, a book by Michael Crichton. Now we want to do some comments about this book.

The aspect that  strikes us is the conclusion. As a matter of fact we think that the conclusion is very concise and the author leaves to the readers a lot of doubtful points, in particular he doesn’t explain the alterations that Andromeda did. So we think that the it isn’t a good conclusion but we like the book because it is very interesting.

Recently the world has discovered a new virus that causes “the bird-flu”, a dangerous illness. We think that there is a connection between Andromeda and bird-flu. As a matter of fact they are both two obscure illnesses, because the two virus can change suddenly and unfortunately people don’t know everything about these virus.

At last we can state that there are a lot of organisms that people don’t know!
