A probe fell to a small town which called Piedmont. Strange deaths happened in quick succession and Dr. Stone and the others scientist know only one thing: the micro-organism – which was in the probe – killed forty-eight people. This is their theory. But they maked a really big mistake. In the end of the story, the Andromeda Strain regenerated and it bacame a benign organism. This is the short content of the story.

In our opinion the Andromeda Strain is resemble the War of Worlds /written by H. G. Wells/, because in that book the allien was killed by a micro-organism too. These tiny creature could be changed the world. From good and bad respect. And we can’t live without bacteriums.

Scientific, interesting, mysterious. These are the three keywords of the Andromeda Strain. Scientific because the basis of the story is the science with scientists and doctors. Interesting as the plots occurs through the chapters. Mysterious because you don’t know what will be happen in the end…
