Questions
from Israel:
1 ) In case of a
traumatic event in a family's history, like the one in the
story, should the incident be suppressed and denied or
should it be recalled and dealt with?
2) How should we deal with a national trauma from our past?
Should we forget but not forgive? Should we forget and
forgive? Or should we remember and not forgive?
3) What way
should be chosen to commemorate the Holocaust and to pass
the heritage on to the coming generations?
Questions
from Italy:
1) Can the war
be justified by a nation in case of a right cause? In other
words can the idea of “fair war” be accepted?
2) Does is make
sense for a young boy or girl to die in war?
3) In the 2006
world is war still to be considered inevitable to resolve
contrasts in some parts of the world?
